Having built my own career in the creative and social enterprise industry and building a sustainable and successful performing arts company in the UK, I understand how creatives and entrepreneurs work, what a portfolio career can look like and what is needed to make a business/organisation a success. I am passionate about supporting individuals, arts organisations and social enterprises to understand how to function as a business, be sustainable and plan for their future.

With qualifications in coaching and mentoring, teaching, a performing arts degree and MSc in Cooperative and Social Enterprise Management I hold a range of expertise and over 15 years of experience that can help you to develop your organisation, business or personal career. My skill set means that I can be adaptable to your needs and support you how you need as the relationship grows.
